Loose drivers window

Morning all,
After a run out yesterday wifey reported the drivers window on her E85 rattling.
I have found that, though it goes up and down properly, when it is fully up you can get hold of the rear top corner and move the glass up and down by about an inch.
Does this mean something is broken or it's slipped out of alignment on the runner?
I tried the reset but no difference.

Being a noob with regard to the E85 I need even basic advice please.
To start with, how does the interior trim come off?
Do I need to disturb the airbag?
Does the battery need disconnecting?

And once I'm in, any ideas what the issue could be please.

Thank you.

The clamp that holds the glass is accessed by removing the exterior door handle. I would probably have a look there before removing the interior trim.
I don't know how easily the interior trim is removed but once you break the vapour barrier, it really needs to be replaced.

Well I decided I was being too lazy, so I did a search and found this:

Half an hour later and it's all fixed. Simply the clamping screw at the bottom rear edge coming loose.

Let's hope everything is that easy
