Loose door sills

Hello,

While washing car, I discovered that door sill on passenger side is very loose. I leveraged it using my hands and I saw that it's not mounted using that clips. How to reinstall it: I just pry that white clip (red clip) using some plastic tool and when it comes off I slip it into that mounts (yellow circle)? Btw. is that velcro OEM or someone installed it (blue circles)?
 
If you mean the side skirt / sill you are better off taking it off and making sure all the correct fixings are there and working and then put it back on . At one end of the sill there is a self tapper underneath you need to take out and the other end in lower wheelarch is a hexagonal tapper which also needs to come out . Once these are out you can prise the sill off .
