Hi all,
I've been a long time lurker, having sold my wife's Z4 3.0 SE about 18 months ago and having sold my Z3M coupe about six months ago. I thought I wanted a 911, so i did it, didn't like it, sold it and i'm 6 months down the line looking to get into a Z4 again which is arguably what I should have done in the first place after selling my M coupe.
I know we all like a picture, so here goes;
wife's / my old Z4
My M coupe on the day I sold it (cries)

Oh and our daily now is a 330i M sport
Right so now thats the history out the way, I *really* fancy another Z4, this time a Z4M Roadster. I will track it, however I do like to polish a car too at the weekend, so can anyone give me a heads up anything coming up for sale soon with mods or without.
If I buy one, ideally I'd like the balance of manufacturer warranty (extended etc, which I have on my E90), however I would consider one without, but having said all that, I do like the odd track day, so clearly warranty and mods don'f often go, so not a prerequisite.
I knew all about suspension on the Z3M's - I ended up with ACS 'Race' coilovers and H&R ARB's, which is basically the ideal set up apart from KW V3. What is the deal on the Z4M - there seems less available with ACS bits and even fewer with KW's etc.
My spec (dont tell me i'm dreaming) would be Red or Black body, Black sports extended leather, carbon leather dash trim, heated seats, logic 7 stereo, sat nav(yes its crap but looks good
) and some uprated suspension, BBK and ideally a sports exhaust.
I take it bits come up from time to time when people are stripping the cars for sale back to standard?
What is the 'defacto' brake upgrade on the Z4M by the way? they already have CSL disc's unless i'm mistaken?
