If the CSLs at Church's that'd be a big bonus (although how much lower is the mileage on the forum car?).

I think service histories will also give a lot away.

OK, personally I'd let the overall condition of the respective cars determine which to go for. Mileage isn't an issue on either imo, all depends on how much you like the CSLs.
 
Don't worry about mileage too much. You would probably have less bills around 40-50k that possibly 30-40k as the insp 2 would be coming up, plus brakes etc.

It's worth noting what needs doing in the near future, rather than just looking at the mileage value. The engines are really good, so service history is worth looking at. Don't rule out decent independents either!

x2, pretty sensible post really. a FBMWSH isn't all it's cracked up to be. I'd be more inclined to go for a car which has been serviced at a reputable specialist over BMW.
 
Service history on the forum car is bang on,plus id get an inspection done before I commit anyway,the owner is sending me some photos & a video at the weekend,so I will be able to compare the 2 cars more thoroughly
