Am hoping to go to watch the TT in the Isle of Man for the first time in 2013 yet hav'nt a clue where to start with booking or info. I understand camping is probably my only option which is fine. If anyone has any tips or helpful experiences i would be very grateful.

Booked before I left in June, get on the TT web site and start putting feelers out for accommodation, home stay etc. I'm assuming you will be either on foot or flying as the ferries get booked very early. The deposit system means you are booked till the 1st March 2013 and if you don't pay the balance then the places go on sale again. Therefore if you're a late comer the that's the best time to try and get a ferry crossing .... Good luck and if you're in or near Douglas from the Wednesday of race week the pop by for a jar or 2 :D

Thank you for your reply Darkman. I was hoping to get across as a foot passenger on the ferry from liverpool. I shall take alook at the TT website tonight, and keep my fingers crossed. Have been wanting to visit the TT for many years, yet never get round to it.
