Looking for a Z4M Coupe

I've got a deposit down on the Leicester AUK one today. One owner since new, new door seals and satnav flip motor the only things it needs fixing.

TBH I'm in no big rush to drive one, and of course if my deal comes off next week (which I am praying it will) I have a 2012 car in mind, with only 2000 miles on the clock.

I'll keep you posted

Good luck then

Thanks Sars, I could do with it!! I think I sent you the details of what I'm looking at. But not jumping the gun.

I really do like my SLK and it looks lovely, but I'm constantly reminded how good my 35i drove and how precise, and I am lead to believe that a Z4M is more of a proper sports car....hence my logic. There is one other cat I would buy if my deal comes off.

BUT it's not an AMV8 as I don't think its worth a look......I'll keep you posted

I assume the roof has been covered.....satin wheels would have been better than black....

Ultimate is Sepang for me I guess.....

Agreed, Sepang followed by White followed by Red for me

Lower miles would have been nicer

Whooa that's a stunner . Imo price isn't that bad considering its rarity + It is a 08
Your own expected mileage has to factor at some point tho

Did you mean AUC?

If so aren't BMW fixing the problems?

Nice one Stark - it was meant to be :D

I didn't drive one before buying mine - in fact I didn't even test drive PVRs before paying for it

I did have a pax ride in srhutch's on a meet though, as you know because you were there racing around like an excited terrier in your old e89.... As others have said, you should try to drive one first. I wouldn't get too hung up on colour either - I wanted an imola one, but I'm more than happy with what I have.

I drove a black one in the NE on Christmas Eve and I have been in love ever since. I know i wanted one of these cars based on looks, performance etc, one I drove one I had to have one in my life.

Just waiting for a decent one to pop up with my desired spec/colour.

H.

Right now, right here, I would offer Jimbo back another £1000 more to what he paid me for mine....I miss it so much, and it looks so amazing. I don't think there is another White and cream leather one out there...

Oh well :(

Is that this one? http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/bmw/z4m-roadster/z4m-coupe-3-2-2dr/3256226
Is it actually Space Grey like it says or Silver Grey?

Yes that one's mine if it drives and looks as well in the flesh as in the video, the darker space grey is correct I believe. In prep now fixing those issues (satnav flip and new door seals). Impressive first owner to keep it seven years with an 11k a year mileage, nicely looked after and very clean underneath. Drivers seat looks better than a lot of the 40k mile examples and body work is perfect. They were left to sweat a bit but met we half way on the price I bid with road tax added in so a reasonable price starting with 14. Road trip at the weekend to pick it up, 400 miles to get to know it better on the way back.
