Sorry I got the wrong idea with title, I've been thinking about getting a tablet for the mother-in-law and was looking for something effective ........... :|

A tablet to help you deal with your mother-in-law? Perhaps a tranquilliser

I am guessing something a little more aggressive than tranquilliser :evil:

My mum bought an iPad 2 last year and loves it considering she has no idea how a computer works..

I had a play with it and got an new iPad (3) in April and it's brilliant. If the resolution isn't a factor get an iPad 2, can be got for a 'reasonable' price now!
