Looking for a space saver wheel to fit E86 2007 on 18's

Assuming your car is a 3.0Si then you need a 17" one to clear the front brakes. I had one, but I sold it last year shortly before I sold my 3.0Si.
The E46 3 Series came with a spacesaver, but only the 330i and 330d had a 17" one as those models also had bigger front brakes. They must work OK with 18s because Sport model E46s often had MV2s, which are the same sizes as your 108s.
