As title, any one got one kicking about, budget is a measly 1K (Might stretch a bit for a decent one) as insurance is the killer for 1st year for my lad whos just passed his test.

Will be used for commuting mainly with the aim to get a years insurance under his belt and lower premiums for down the line

If you dont ask and all that, any one...?

Just sold our R50 Mini, they're pretty cheap! If only you said earlier! Sold this weekend!
 
We sold our beloved Paulo the abused 1.4 51 plate Polo for the princely sum of £102 the other week!

Can vouch for the R50 Mini - solid, cheap, reliable. Handle like a go-kart :)
 
Got a 14 plate Polo in the end, looked at a right load of hacks and decided to upscale - one happpy new driver :driving:
