I meant the dealer added the extended maintenance warranty on the car "right before" you signed the sales contract, after you've agreed to get the extended maintenance warranty. So technically the dealer bought the maintenance warranty. Not you.
Or maybe they just decided to look away since they can make extra $$$ by selling you the maintennace warranty. Either way, dealers are not allowed to sell extended maintenance warranties to 2nd-hand owners. It came straight from the devil's mouth.
