Do like a good mini, I had 5. Started with a 1968 Cooper, then a fully raced up 1970 1300, lowered / oil and water cooler / halogens / harnesses / roll cage / recaros / painted candy apple red with a big white Cooper stripe, use to wheel spin in the first 3 gears and get constantly pulled by the police. Then I got a de-seamed 1275 , then a mini 850 for £25, sold it for £200 and finally a 1100 clubman I used a run-a-bout.

UK car, rebuilt in 2015, not at concours £20k plus example but a nice usable showable exmaple.
Yes prices for tiptop examples are in the order of £20-25k with good examples mid-teens. mine is better than good but not concours but has a few manageable mechanical issues which will keep me busy during the winter.
