Look what I got!

This looks exactly like my Zed except it's a 2003 model 3.0i with the orange trim on the headlights and the brakelights, and it has nav whereas mine doesn't. Also, the interior is black instead of beige. Other than that, I really wanted a model with the same wheels as mine. Only Kyosho made that and that model's too pricey for me. If someone can recommend what type of beige paint I should buy that will completely cover up the black and stick well onto the plastic, I'd appreciate it. BTW, this is 1/18 diecast made by Ricko. If anyone's interested, I got it on ebay for only $20.

Some details I found pretty cool:
- the driver's side windshield wiper has the wind deflector
- the interior of the trunk has a fuzzy texture and even has that raised level in it
- Nav screen folds up and down
- comes with the 2 removeable pieces: softop up and softop down.

Spooky detail:
- the model seems to have the stubby antenna that a lot of us (including myself) got from mangowalk on ebay, instead of the OEM antenna. Does that freak anyone else out?

Is it an automatic?

Yes, it is! (as is mine)

Does anyone have any thought as to the stubby antenna already being there?

And does anyone have experience painting the interior of these things? Or just painting plastic in general? What kind of beige paint should I use to do the interior & get rid of the black?

Go to your local hobby shop, no not that one, the one that sells model plane, boats that kind of thing. They will kit you out with primer, paint and brushes.

OMG - just realised I have a new project - to upgrade my model to ///m dream red seats/doors cards, clear lights, stubby aerial :)
