Hi Guys were doing another Chaps on Tour road trip! :D :driving:

Were doing another trip in November which is fairly late into the session. So far around 20 people are coming with a mixture of single chaps and a few couples. It’s not all about track times with us guys is as much to enjoy the atmosphere, steak and beer that the place has to offer. It’s a fantastic group of people and we all have a wonderful time when we all go away as a group.

There a mixture of vehicles going so everyone is welcome regardless of car type as long as your a petrol head you fit in! This year already we have a Range Rover Vogue to a MK Indy kit car coming!, some of the guys a sharing it in a Golf TDi and just hiring a track car and splitting all the costs

If you interested drop me a PM a few of us going, really friendly bunch of car nuts! And people really are welcome to come along, I never knew any of these guys before I went away with them not knowing any of them, now there fantastic mates and I often pop up to Yorkshire to see the “Chaps”

Thanks

Paza :)

Rob you should sooooo come along! you would love it and 75% of the people who go are from Yorkshire!

it must be an awesome trip then! ive sent a message to a friend to see if he is up for it

 You're be right it will be an awesome trip in deed, for me its a "Bucket List" thing to do to drive around the ring for any petrolhead :D

Based on two sharing its quite cost affective around £200 a head all in fuel ,hotel ,euro tunnel. Of course your need some lap, beer and steak money as well

Hi Paza

Just wanted to say, I've done a couple of mid Nov trips and they have been excellent. As you would expect, it's not the warmest of months but the days are fine and track time was brilliant, proper quality track time with very little traffic, an ideal time for those not confident of where it all goes.

Cheers

For the endorsement :) this is what were hoping for its a little be more risk involved with the weather compared to say mid August but others will telling you even in July / August there are track closure days due to fog or heavy rain. In fact your get more track closures due to people crashing as there are soooo many people going in the summer months its chaos :o

Hi we may well do this, I have just sent the info to my brother and hopefully he is up for it, I will confirm later this week.
regards,
Peter
