Long time no see

Wow, I thought you'd gone to sea or taken to the air (or similar). Didn't you join up with one of the armed services?

Sadly didn't get the RAF commission I went for. On the plus side I'm hopefully going to be going to university in a few months time!

Still got the Zed, potentially going to be selling it in the next couple of months sadly, need something more practical for long distance commuting!

Welcome to my world.. any thoughts on a replacement?

Looking at VW Sciroccos, test drove one a couple of years back with the view of swapping then, but couldn't bring myself to sell my Z!

I had a 140 TDI GT Scirocco. Lovely, lovely car - they drive beautifully and the leather is actually very good. Obviously not a lot of poke from the 140 but you can chip it very easily I believe.

Mk3 scirocco's are nice, I actually transitioned from a Mk2 to my coupe... Dont see why anyone would go roadster to scirocco without looking at the coupe? Unless they wanted to try something completely different...

Can't believe I'm vaguely considering one and terrified I'm getting old and boring, but I've booked a test drive for one of these later on:
