Long Overdue Introduction

Hi all,

I have finally got round to posting this introduction, so hello to you all!! I bought myself an '06 2.5si Z4 about 16 months ago and have been an avid reader on these forums ever since. Car has got less than 30k on the clock and is in excellent condition. Its only my second car and am really pleased with how it drives - aside from a little bit of Z4M envy!!

Since buying the car I have swapped over to the almost mandatory stubby aerial and am now searching for a set of 224s to replace those dreadful 104s!! I'm also planning to change over to the ZHP gearknob and have my steering wheel recovered as its a bit shiny now and not quite as thick as I'd like.

Please let me know if you have any spare 224 alloys for sale as will certainly take them off your hands!

Started my zed ownership with a 2.5si sport. Still miss it, as I had from new so to speak.

Looks like you need some mats and a transmission screw cover.

What colour is it?

Thanks guys! Colour is a metallic Monaco blue! Floor mats are in now, but yes I do need to replace that screw cover!

Lovely looking Zed which would benefit from an investment in some 224s or CSL Reps - in that fantastic colour it would be a worthwhile investment.

I have to confess, I haven't cleaned the engine bay since I bought it!

I'm sure it's not too bad though as don't get to drive it much!
