Is anyone else on the forum doing a London-Paris charity cycle this summer?

I'm going 27 July and need to share the pain that the training is causing me!

Did around 31 miles today inc a few hills, being chased by little f***** Jack Russells for that extra motivation..

Shall return tomorrow in the Z - see how he likes my new 255's ;-)

On a lighter side, have raised over £1100 so far for Care International - makes it all worthwhile.
