I'll call BMW today and let them know we're coming and see if they can have some Z's there......

OK - so I'm a latecomer to this and easily confused.

Is the final route and meeting point as shown on the first post on page 1?

I see that route, then various challenges to it, google links, etc. as I read through 9 pages.

You are not alone :) I was waiting to closer to the day to check it all out as I got lost after page 1 :)

That's reassuring :)

What is more reassuring is that you can meet up at mine first and we can both get lost then :D

Nick are you calling to tell them to dust the red carpet off as the lord of London is coming :D

I'm in there more times than I have a bath....I have bought 2 cars - and they as my local dealer were given first opportunity to get my business, but they couldn't be arsed - so went elsewhere!

There service department used to be the best I'd seen, now it's the worst.....oh well.....

This turning out to be potentially a very good meet!

I'll add all to the list once on my laptop.

All meets are going to be good meets. Well generally. Unless you get rained on. Or it's 0 degrees. Or you start out at the bottom of a mountain and it's 25 degrees C then by the time you get to the top the heater is on full blast your knuckles and ears are red from the cold because the temperature has dropped to 0 degrees.

I hope its nice/warm that I can drop the top so me and my girl can do this in style, but if not oh well.

Does anyone know how I could load whatever route is decided into Navigon?

If Petach is coming, he will take some good pics....hopefully not too stylised!

Obviously :)

Besides, you seemed to imply you knew where we were meeting so it will be your responsibility :)

You can admire our shared purchase then as well ;)

Nickm, Can you please increase lunch to 35 people.
In all my years of being a member of various car clubs, and going to meets I have never had one with more then 30 cars (except when going to a car show, like JAE. japshow etc)

Very impressive if we get 35 cars

Absolutely, if everyone turns up it will be an amusing day out. No idea how we keep the group together- police escort perhaps? Anyone got Jordan's number ;)

If you get anything like that I suggest you split the group into 2 or 3 sub groups, setting of 10 mins apart.

It's the only safe and sensible thing to do. Experience from the Wales and Lakes runs tells us it's not realistic to have that number together and equally can attract too much attention.
