I quite like that route... whats sort of start time are we lookin at? Unless something major comes up i'm free to come along now; but will most likely head off early.

Well lunch is at 12:00pm, and it takes 1.5 hours to get to Beaconsfield via that route. say 30min hanging around at BMW Berry and 30min stopping at Windsor to take some pics makes it 9:30am at Berry.

The rest of the route is another 1.5 hours max, so if we spend say 1 hour for lunch and have another 30min photo stop somewhere we should be in Teddington by 3:00pm tops.

Does that sound good for people?
 
I'll just go with whatever. I've no idea what you are on about as I'm not familiar with London :lol: Sounds good to me though. I then have a 'nice' 200 mile drive home later on up the M1! Thought I may as well incorporate my trip to London with this meet and make a full weekend of it instead of driving down for one day. I'll be doing a lot of miles that weekend then :driving:
 
Lots to do in London, some gorgeous hotels too......St Martins Lane Hotel...very cool if you're looking for somewhere to stay Lucy....

'Adam D' on here is sorting me out with somewhere to stay... We'll be coming to the meet together but in our seperate Zed's.
I'm looking forward to meeting some of you Southerners! I just hope you can understand my Yorkshire accent :lol:
 
I will bring an interpreter, she's polish but hey they can do anything! :rofl:

Will be a good meet for sure! Table time changed to 12.30.....
 
Quite a long day with all those miles so I may need to pull out of the latter half of the drive but otherwise I'm keen. I'd suggest Nickm sets the pace but then there would be every chance of the meet ending in a prison cell...perhaps scout some of the route first to get a feel of timings?
 
9.30 starts sounds good to me... i'll have a 150 mile drive back to the Derby that afternoon so a 3pm finish sounds ideal.

After living in the midlands close for over 10 years now i could try and translate... one tip dont take the phrases "me loove" and "me doock" literally!

And I have a 200 mile drive back up North to Rotherham... I will be passing Derby on the way. Perhaps we can head off back together :thumbsup:

Lets stick to the 10am start, and that way we should have plenty of time to get to the pub for 12.30....

I will get the plus ones in for the amount of people, and a maybe plus one if Lucy meets someone when In London - just kidding!!!! :rofl:
