London - assistance and advices

Gents,
hope this my post finds you well!

I wasn't so much active lately on the forum. The Zed is ok; big troubles with the rooftop, so it was acting as a coupe this summer, which was ok. This matter will be dealt with next month, it is tough to find a reliable mechanic here in my part of the world (Croatia).

So, the purpose of this post is that I am coming to London next month (19.09.), and before COVID and Brexit, I worked in London and then remotely from Croatia. My fields of expertise are marketing and communications, I worked for UK startups in the construction industry and developer companies.

I wish to continue working like that. I even opened an Ltd. last year so that I can work as a good contractor company.

If you have any recommendations for me on where to start to seek a new client or employer, it would be amazing. Also, any kind of human resource company or HR person is amazing.

I need a better job to keep my Zed alive. You all know how it is. :driving: :fuelfire:

Sorry admins, if this is not an appropriate post. If it is, please delete it, and I apologize.

Cheers!

Sorry I can't help you on the employment front - I'm old and stopped working 6 years ago!

But I hope you can find something suitable.

Can't help with the work, sorry, but if your roof still needs fixing you could bring the zed over with you.
You'd get plenty of help over here I'm sure.

Yeah, I was thinking about it :) It would be cheaper. I got from the official BMW Service here in Zagreb an estimate of repair for 850 GBP, so I took the car to Slovenia, just 1h drive from my home, and the estimate was 500 GBP. So I bought the parts, bloody cable and lock, and I just wait for an appointment.

Basically, after our road trip this spring, we had an coupe :D
