Locked out of Z4

Hi

In need of some urgent help. My Z4 battery is dead - no surprise as not used it in while.

We opened the car yesterday with the key and popped the bonnet to check where we needed to attach the jump leads.

Today, with jump leads the passenger door will unlock butt the door won't open. Not sure if it's stuck or seized or immobilised. Therefore I can't get into the drivers side to pop the bonnet. I don't want to pull the handle up any further for fear of snapping it. It won't budge.

Any ideas how to get around this please? Many Thanks!
 
Confused :cry: if you have jumpleads attached already why do you need bonnet released ?
If they are connected & donor car is running then your remote should unlock the whole car , try both keys if you have two & even try holding unlock button for a good few seconds see if it drops the windows / roof .
 
I think he means he’s got the jump leads ready to use, car unlocked but door won’t open, I think it’s because the window isn’t dropping to allow the door to open, I don’t know if a good pull will open it?
 
If the battery drops to far I have use the key in the fob to undo the door. Then the button to turn the alarm off.
Crawl over from the passenger side?
