Locked out of my Z4

Got a 2006 Z4. This morning I couldn't get in. Fobs (both of them) would not open the central locking. Key would not manually open the door either. The car has been sitting on the drive for last 10 days, and before that ran well. Could it be the battery? Can't believe it is the battery in fobs, as why would both simultaneuosly stopp working. Any ideas out there??
 
Hi David, You can use a tooth brush charger to charge the key battery by placing the plastic fob part on the charger. They are normally charged via inductive charger in the ignition switch. Don’t use the key to clean your teeth though!
