loads of metal fold roof z4's about !

the new folding tin top ? it dont do it for me, looks a styling compromise as they have to be to fit the roof in the boot, the coupe imho is just spot on, nothing a lot better on the road, holds it 's own in way more expensive company, and so so rare on the road, continue to feel very priviledged to own one. roadsters, while still very nice and better in the flesh than in photos, continue to attract the hairdresser car jibes, which just shows the jiber's lack of proper car understanding, but i did find tiresome. :|

The e89 is growing on me rapidly. This forum's fault. And seeing more in person.

The coupé is ok I guess

No-one ever accuses me of being a hair dresser. But then what hair I have is usually no more than 5mm long and increasingly confined to the rear portion of my head

Yes demand was low for the coupe :poke:

Plus was the reason they produced it not linked to GT3? They only put a lid on it 'cos they had to for the GT racing? :fuelfire:

It'll be 3 later on today :D

Going out for some more roof down action and losing a few more? :)

Mine is just growing greyer :|

Mine is too short to see the grey yet... Sure it is there though, as my beard is grey :(

I will be giving it a trim with some clippers... Oh no, wait a minute, does cutting my hair myself make a me a hair dresser ????

Mine is increasingly matching the colour of my car.

Not 100% on the e89 - I think the nose is way too big and the whole isnt as striking as the coupe IMO.

I share your pain Bing... it's hard to look cool driving a roadster when your head's covered with Factor 40...

Use the clear spray on stuff - first thing I installed in my roadster, with a cloth to wipe my hands, in the cubby behind the passenger seat

so , we're all agreed then, ? so on an olympic theme, coupe ,... gold, roadster,... silver, E89,... bronze, (last) :fuelfire:
