Anybody done or thought of doing this -

It's for a 1 series but im sure similar could be done on a z4?

I'm not aware of anybody doing this, but it's possible and I have thought about similar using a monitor bezel and housing which I have a spare of.

The loom for the monitor doesn't exist as standard (£60 from main dealer) but you would be better making up you own as long as you could still control it. You would also probably have to open and close the monitor yourself as this would normally be controlled by the head unit although an ignition feed my also work.
