Very nice shots

Are they somewhere near the ferry terminal? I seem to recognise the newish buildings from a recent crossing to IoM

Good Guess CJ. It was taking along the road which takes you to the Ferry for IoM. Have you been? Did you go on foot/bike or car? I'd love to go.

I used to live just over the water from there... brings back memories! My Dad used to work in the Port of Liverpool building. It used to have lots of large model boats in cabinets before it was sold... it's offices now though :(

Yes - Took one of the Jeeps for a 3 day off road competition. Managed to do a lap of the TT in of all things a Landrover. Great island. What a place to sit outside one of the mountain pubs taking a beer and watching the worlds finest cars and bikes hit the loud pedal.

you forgot the girls CJ tut tut...... what a place, need to go back one day.
Is their still no speed limit out there?????

Can't comment on girls 2 dogs.

Up to my eyes in mud, else speed machinery or beer, food and rest...lol

No speed limit at all outside the built up areas, but one of my mates was proudly ticketed for 'furios riding' All I can say is he wasn't hanging around at the time.

Any pictures in front of the Cavern? Nice pictures anyway.

It's a while since I've been there but IIRC it's on a pedestrian street. It would also be difficult as the club is 20 feet underground and has but a boring street door. Incedentally it's actually no longer even the real Cavern as it was demolished and some of the bricks used to build a new one several yerds away, deeper underground and smaller.

This is correct, it is on Matthew St, a pedestrian street. It does have a certain type of atmosphere in there though, sweat dripping off the walls and ceiling etc... can get V.HOT in there!

EDIT: Wow, I just noticed the top floor of the Cavern is now a clothes shop... when the **** did they do that??? Shows how long it has been since I was there.
