Jimmie Johnson took the win....

Danica Patrick came 8th - highest ever finish for a female driver. And she led 5 laps (under green flag) - another record for a female driver.

I'm liking the looks of the new cars - but can't help feel that last years Daytona 500 was a little more exciting
