Little trip to the lakes

Took the missus to the lakes for a couple of days for her birthday. The weather was not good however managed to get this shot beside Coniston

Your first full weekend away with the zed then Dave, so guess that will be the honeymoon then :D

It's a great road trip destination, we only came back last Monday but we were in mrs smartbears mini clubman

Yes Paul the first of many hopefully,now about that trip to "Bonny" Scotland .
Cheers swiftly just spent 5 hours washing ,claying,polishing,and sealing after our little midweek jaunt see (4 musketeers). Still have to wax and seal the wheels then it will be ready for winter . One happy oldish man!.
 
The black & white shows off the Zed's lines beautifully. Its always nice to see what fellow owners are up to - keep the pics coming :thumbsup:
 
The lakes give such a varied drive and of course fantastic scenery. Earlier this year ,In my previous guise , I was fortunate enough to have a great 4 day tour of Scotland, this mainly covered the west coast following the coastal routes as much as possible. This is definitely on the agenda for next year which in the Z and hopefully some kind weather would be brilliant, roll on honeymoon 2016.
