The north side of the Derwent Water boundary road is a good open smooth road but the south side apart from being nice and twisty has a dreadful surface - the road from Blanchland to Hexham is a nice road. We'll have to get some runs organised come drier weather. Lovely photo of the mist on the reservoir.
