Little red things....

Outside my room yesterday - little bright red spiders. Didn't think much about it but asked a local what they were, That'll be baby tarantulas.....'

Not so bothered about the babies but where's the mother.... :!:

It's not the big spiders that should worry you, it's the little ones or is that scorpions

Talking of which, I was in Australia a few years ago, on our last day waiting in a small park near the airport in Melbourne which had facilities to use, place was covered in webs and the like, noticed one which looked remarkably like a funnel.........out of there like a flash, knickers around me ankles

Had a snake greet me at the front door the other evening. I didn't get close enough to know exactly what it was, but looked too much like a brown snake for my liking. The cat stayed indoors for the next few days...
