Hi All.

I wondered if it's just me, or if anyone else here would have the same reaction ...( :? )

I went with my wife to see 'Little Fockers' at the cinema in Brissie this week (hey, it's been raining alot here -ok?)

Anyway, one of the characters drives a brand new VW EOS (Golf convertible) and drives it into into a driveway very clearly and badly curbing the rear wheel on a 6 inch high curb. - yikes!!

- I exclaimed 'Christ' at this (prompting looks from both sides

Just wondered if any fellow car bores have spotted this and made them feel queasy too

Not seen little fockers, but is it as obvious as the Stormtrooper in the original Star Wars film banging his head in the door.

One of my biggest cripe with movies is when they use motorbikes and they dub a 4 stroke over 2 stroke engine and vice viersa, or a large capacity V twin with a inline 4 noise over the top of it and who can forget the Triumph's moprhing tyres in MI2. My Mrs now just looks at me the minute a bike appears with a don't say word look on her face.

Hollywood just seem to think we are all stupid.

I was confirmed as a car nerd when I gasped in horror at the sound coming out of James Bond's Triumph Stag in Diamonds are Forever. Clearly not a V8 or even a straight 6 which was a popular conversion at the time.

I was 9 years old!!
