Don't know if it has the same name on your side of the pond...But it is supposed to "improve throttle response and acceleration under partial load" and "optimizes fuel atomization and combustion".

Well I bought a can of it months ago thinking I was buying fuel system cleaner. When I read the can...I put it on the shelf...until this week.

I've got a bit over 100 miles on this tank and (I don't know if it the placebo effect) it seems to live up to its claims. The car does seem "snappier". Nothing Earth shaking but does seem to be a noticeable difference.

I did a search for it on the forum and did not get any hits (that is why I think it might have a different name over seas). Lots of threads on other Liqui Moly products but not on the Speed Tec.

Anyone used the stuff? Reviews if so...good, bad, indifferent?

Fuel in America is supposed to be one of the worst in the modern world so it may work for you guys

Over here you are better off saving that £5-£10 on a can of snake oil and just filling up with shell v power which has additives which do this already in it.

I trust shell a trillion dollar company over liqui moly when it comes to fuel additives
