Have any of you used the above in relation to reviving / softening hardened valve stem seals?
Any opinions welcomed,

One of these things where you can’t really know for sure if it works or not. Best case it does, worst case you burned few bucks on glorified snake oil. But I would not use this to remedy an oil leak if that’s what you’re asking.

Its designed to soften seals and make them swell up, I've seen the end of results of what it does and it certainly does that! So much so in some cases that it can make components difficult to remove as the seals have swollen up so much.
