I'm on linked in but don't use it much, not very useful for my line of work. Used to work in banking in a former life so has been good to get connected with old colleagues through it and find out what they're up to.

I use it as a pure business tool though with only business contacts and I would not particularly want to mix the social element with business as such. For the social part, I use this forum

Agreed PVR. I use it purely for professional purposes only. I have facebook/this forum etc for social connections.
