Link for "stubby"

Hi guys,

My car came with a stubby aerial, but I'm having to resort to using the whippy as the reception with the stubby is poor. Anyone got the exact eBay link for a stubby that they know to work without issue?

Thanks,
Chris.

Even if I knew (which I don't) I wouldn't tell you! I am becoming increasingly concerned at the demise of the whippy, soon to be an endangered species unless action is taken now. So please examine your conscience before going for the short option that doesn't work as we'll as the lithe sinuous whippy!

When I originally purchased my Z4C, I vowed to remain part of the "whippy crew".

Unfortunately I have succumb to peer pressure...

Don't judge me sir!

Also shows that the insidious stubby movement messes with your mind, making you believe that you have a stubby even when you haven't.

And Skelters is correct - I had a super-long whippy on my Mark 1 Escort in the early '70s. It was key to my sexual conquests when I was a young man. How many girls think: "Ooh, I do hope he's got a stubby"?

Aaaaaannnd, we're back in the room...

I've always used a genuine BMW one and never had any reception issues.

I'm another proud member of the Whippy Appreciation Society who are fighting from within to once and for all rid the world of the stunted stubby. 8)

Now isn't this a thing of beauty?

£22.34  I got this one, which works fine for £3.95 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271871070546?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

Mike

Yeah, I know! I tried some of the cheaper ones though and struggled with reception, especially in built up areas. Guess I must be in a bit of a black spot. The BMW one works fine.
