Hi,
Can anyone point me in the right direction of bmw lsd's that will fit my zed ? quick browse of ebay brought up nothing z4 specific, plenty of m3 ones though. will they fit ?

thanks

James

Better off with a Quaife LSD.

A Z4M wont directly fit without changing the rear subframe too.

Birds Auto are your best bet. Around £1500 fitted IIRC

thanks for the advice - substancially more ££££ than I was hoping for though :o

dont any of the non M cars come with one as standard ? seems odd for a bmw !?!?

no need for road driving.

Quaife is the only solution! It's price is a bit steep but well worth it. I just had mine fitted and it seems to work perfectly.

It would want to as well for 1500 quid

Not sure thats wholly true......maybe if you inserted the word "unenthusiastic" before "road" LOL.....I have an LSD on my 4x4 and at speed on a bend with water or mud on the inside you'd be losing traction and probably sliding without one.....
