Just visited a local BMW showroom and saw a M5 in a Sakhir Orange and must say it looked fantastic. Definately worth a look if you havent seen this colour. Was told by the salesman that it is only available on the M3's and M5's. My gripe is why????

If it had been available for the Z4 I would have ordered one there and then. If we are the paying customer then why don't they give us what we want?
 
In the US you can order any BMW in any colour within their range (regardless of it being an exclusive colour) for $2500, it would surprise me if they don't do the same over here. My friend had a custom paint colour on a new Audi a few years ago, not even an Audi colour either, it was expensive though.
 
That's why we bought the slk as they don't do the Z4 in Havana any more or we would have bough a new one in that colour there and then :poke:
