Light pattern

No, OS looks ok but NS not. No idea about height, you'd need to measure it and the distance from the bulb twice to get the angle.

Worth a trip to a local friendly garage with a beam setter to check - distances need to be correct to accurately measure the beam spread and light diffusion.

Have the lenses been polished to get rid of clouding? The first time I did it, the UV sealant I applied after polishing didn't go on smoothly and caused some beam scatter. No amount of adjusting the beam would get rid of the scatter - I was illuminating the top of motorway signs from half a mile away, but re-polishing solved the problem...

Went out this evening to find a wall I can project my lights on to and the light pattern appears to be correct apart from this dark spot in the centre

This obviously isn't normal so will get it booked in when I get the wheels aligned.

Lenses look original under external light with no evidence of machine/hand polishing
