Hi all- red airbag light this time- going in a week today-in all my years driving i have never owned a car that has so many illumination problems! :headbang:

Andy, I'm just guessing but when you took it in to get the light reset did they actually go into the door card and make sure everything was plugged up together good?

Or did they just reset the light and say everything is good.... Again I'm just guessing but an electrical connection such as a plug could be together yet be loose enough that vibration breaks the connection.

That will teach you to meddle with your door cards.

They just reset the light as i told them i had the passenger door card off- its just that the fault was within the driver door which i have not touched.

Yeah don't thin the codes are always right, mine once told me I had a bad speed sensor, ended up being the steering angle sensor was out of adjustment.

Be worth checking that drivers door does actually refer to UK drivers Door and not a left hand drivers door.

Andy, I'm wondering if the error is being mis read. I guess it knows it's a right hand drive car. But if not could explain why it's saying drivers door.
