Ah man! Is it the emissions light? Mine has come on twice in the past few months, but then went off again within a couple of days....odd and very annoying!

If the car run,s ok with light on just ignore it until its time to buy your next car , then get it switched off & don,t bother posting the car in the "For Sale" section on here

Cheers mate-but i think the emission light would still be at the back of my mind every time i took it for a drive

I wish i could ignore it mate-its putting years on me-when i go for a decent drive out its at the back of my mind always,when i get home and it has not lit up it is such a relief-totally ruins the experience for me

Andy I feel for you buddy I really do! A mate of mine just that light come on turned out to be a coil pack? If I where you I would be looking at getting rid of it you have had lots of problems?!?

Might be the time to look at an E89, and yes Andy I did take note when you mentioned a possible upgrade recently :wink:

Andy i would have shifted the car by now mate , i,m not one to suffer fool,s whether that be cars , houses,gadget,s or people & you,ve put enough effort into a solution without success ,
Plus there,s no better way to get through Jan than looking for fresh metal
