Lifting dash leather

Got in the car on sat for a blast an noticed the leather (effect) dash trim on top near the front screen blowers has started lifted and bubbling a bit - think i can smooth it out with a gentle application of heat and pressure - but wondered if anyone else has experience thise?

Assume its the sudden cold snap and moisture in the air? - funny i've never had it in any of my other cars?

it won't be the cold snap that will make the plastic leather tighter.
If its next to the heater blower ducts it's probably heat that lifted it.
As for repair, i have no real solid ideas. whatever you do, do it gently.....
