Well last night I squeaked over the 3,000 post milestone at last. It's taken me nearly three years but the post count has crept up a bit since I downloaded Tapatalk for iPhone!
I've had my Z4MC for 3 years now and a 3.0i Roadster for nearly 5 years before that, so now up to just under 8 years of continuous Zed ownership and plan to continue that for at least another 12 months.
I love this Forum. I've got an awful lot out of it - from the advice people have given me to specific questions I've asked, to reading peoples' how-to's, money-saving tips, acts of selflessness to help other members out, looking at photos of your cars or places you've been, the jokes (how could I forget the humour and banter) but most of all meeting lots of really good people at the various events I've attended.
I can be an argumentative sod sometimes, and love a good debate, so if I've ruffled anyone's feathers it is never meant to be personal!
Things I'm looking forward to this year: The Silvestone Classic and another 'parade' lap  , The National Event in July which for those who haven't been yet, is a must-do and always so well organised by Craig and SammyZ.
Things to do: Organise an event somewhere between the Midlands and South East and to come along to a Southern meet too to meet the shandy drinkers!! No mods planned this year but a proper detailing job when the weather looks decent for more than 1 day at a time.
Thanks for being a great bunch, hopefully you can put up with me for a while yet.
