License plate frame and holder mounting

Am I right in this one? Can anyone confirm the order?
I drew the places for screws in green circles, thell me if they are legit.

Cant really see what your trying to do here,if the plate 5 fits onto the holder 3 then just screw that to the bumper. I fitted new plates and holders last year,I removed the awful front plinth monstrosity and screwed the holder to the bumper then slid the plates in.

Just screw the holder to the bumper and fit the plates. No screws necessary for the plates.
 
But I want to know the OEM way they did when they left factory.
Holder 2 supposed to be attached to the bumper by 5 rivets, right? And then, how do I mount holder 3 to holder 2, by screws on pic number 4?
 
You're right that the red circles are where the oem rivets fix the holder to the bumper cover.

Cannot see why you would be trying to mount one more holder on top of the oem one, then a plate? In any event you just have to align things and decide where screws look right. If you don't care about the bumper you can just screw straight through mountings and into the bumper cover.
 
You won't have to drill through your plate though. The plate goes inside the holder and the holder snaps shut holding the plate in place. You can screw the mount to the bodywork but obviously you do that before you put the number plate into the plate holder.
 
Sorry - no idea. I've never tried (nor really understood the point) of fitting a German plate onto a UK car.

It does however seem odd to me that they would fit a German holder in Germany on top of a UK holder ie 3 onto 2. Surely they would just fit 2 direct to the car.
 
I am from Poland and cars in Poland and Germany share same solution of mounting license plates.
My whole question comes in like that: With a help of what screws do I need to mount holder 3 to holder 2?

Might be an idea to update your signature with 'Poland' as your location as now your question make more sense
