Here's mine - recently got a new "coffee bean brown" strap for it from TAG;
Nice modern Carrera, good movement as well. Just put a new Calfskin strap on my Zenith.

Couple of pics of the Geckota that arrived today. Really pleased with this watch, nicely finished with a quality strap, just needs an automatic movement but still looks great. Strangely it came with a branded wine bottle opener and torch pen :?

Thanks alot, I've got my fair share or quartz of which 5 need replacement batteries  so I must get them sorted although I'm thinking of getting a caseback removal tool and replace them myself. I have Tissot TRace quartz which has to be sent back to them at 70 quid a time :|

Thanks for the linky  will get one ordered, I think with the Tissot the crown guard has to be replaced for some strange reason, every watch place I've taken it to says they can't replace the battery

I think they just say that to guarantee the waterproof-ness of the watch.

If you're not an avid diver, I wouldn't worry.

They said the same about my missus Michael Kors watch.. I couldn't be arsed to send it back so took it to a few different watch battery replacement shops.. One wanted £165 to replace the battery.

Needless to say, £20 later with my own tools and a new battery I managed to replace the battery! Easy stuff!

What’s the first watch Buster? It looks like a quality item

sticky ain't wrong, Rob, although perhaps the quality of modern Rolexes is underestimated.

I like this Glashutte Original Senator 'Karree' Moonphase Panoramadate very much, but rarely wear it. I don't know why.

Some cheat sold me this Omega. It arrived with only one hand and the date only goes up to 12. Ba$tard.

Beautiful watch, though.

Have you tried getting it repaired? Can the parts still be sourced? :?

I was pulling your leg, Rob. It's a 'jumping hour' watch - 'heures sautantes'. The number in the window is the hour - so it only goes up to 12 - and the hand is the minutes.

There's no hour hand and no date.

Omega made them only for a couple of years in the late 90s - using an ETA2892 movement. Mine is in very good condition and I think it's beautiful. (My favourite version is by Audemars Piguet, but I can't afford one.)

Reminds me of the Oris Regulator I almost bought - very cool, but with the Oris the single large hand is more of a dive timer, and there is an hour hand in a subdial.
Agree with Busterboo - I would take that Breguet over the YM any day of the week

Yes, the Breguet's a good watch. The problem is that, when I start wearing it, the others don't get a look-in.

Mind you, I'm using an unusual Zenith El Primero 'Chronometre' these days.
