I want to treat myself and can't decide between a Tag Auqarace or Omega 300m, my head says Tag, heart Omega.

I'd go heart over head on this every single day, Omega is so much nicer IMHO. Tag has never really cut the mustard for me I'm afraid. You looked at the planet oceans?

I much prefer the look of the Tag between these two models, Never been a fan of the skeleton hands Omega. However, if it was a PO vs the Aquaracer, it would be Omega all the way

Im still without my Omega Seamaster since the end of March - after a £550 service they cannot better Loosing 10secs a day !!!

The tolerance is +6 / - 4 a day
My patience is at an end and my legal rights are to be exercised soon !

Is that with Omega, or an indie? Some great indies out there.

Surely if all parts are being replaced in the movement as required then COSC is possible once more :headbang:

Indie - cane highly recommended.
Mrs K , s Rolex +13 sec in 12 weeks !

The factory standard was agreed at the time of submission - he's on his last chance now .

Just back from service/repair, not bad for 50 years old

Excellent choice...Very nice ! Such a classy looking watch. I bought my Seamaster Titane Chronometer for my birthday back in 2000. It felt like a good excuse to commemorate the new Millennium and it's never been off my wrist since!

This is a bit strange but welcome any comments.
Woke up this morning to find a watch lying on the table in our back garden.
It is a Tag Aquaracer according to the logos and code on the rear case.
It has been well used and as you can see in the pics the 12 oclock marker is loose inside the glass.
The questions I have as it seems I am now the owner of this watch are:
Is it a genuine Tag or a copy?
Can the 12 oclock marker be fixed back in place without costing the earth?
Any ballpark figures on how much that would cost?
