Junghans Mega Futura....radio controlled, sapphire cystal, worn constantly, eat, drink, sleep, bath...not always in that order. :P

Yeah that's one of the attractions for me. :)

My job dictates a extremely accurate watch to the second. The search criteria when looking was, clear and unfussed easy to read including the seconds, view at all angles, sapphire crystal for scratch free use.

One thing which is unique for a digital watch as far as I know is that it doesn't display a zero when showing single digits, i.e. Normal watch shows 06.....this one will show just a 6. Quirky. :-P

I think Junghans invented the radio controlled watch giving ultimate precision in the 90,s.

I have used radio controlled Casios before which in fact probably log onto the transmitter more readily which is in Cumbria, ...the Junghans has to collect data from Frankfurt.

Love the big block

I"m still looking for an older one, black with white subdials but not many were made with the hour bezel as original, and then there"s the small matter of cost.

Haha, well on this occasion... a rare reverse panda LE that is well worth the hype. Shame there's so many others that diminish the brand though.

Took delivery yesterday of my LE Ball for BMW Chronograph Chronometer. Order placed back in October. Apparently these go on general sale at the end of this month.

~22 / 1000

Any other Ball for BMW owners on here?

The non-LE chronograph Chronometer is currently for sale for £4,140, will be interesting to see what these go for sale for. Ball suggest £3,000, but I cant see an LE being cheaper than a standard watch.

Here's mine:
Got it with my first two months pay cheques. Unfortunately it fell victim to a tiled floor a couple of years back :x

That is UK list prices you quote, look up US prices, already discounts on the list

The dangers of buying online. This arrived with only one hand and the date only goes up to 12 ...
