My 4 are all on the wall, not a cable in sight, means a corner of the room isn't taken up by a cabinet

So where do you keep the virgin/ sky box and all the other parafinalia that goes with it?

Got to get a shelf tomorrow to put behind to put virgin box on and hide wires etc but you can get the idea.

Cables look a bit of a mess! Main reasons that I have my 58" on a stand are (1) it's much easier to run the audio cables to the 7 speakers and the sub-woofer for the sound surround into the Denon AVR and to connect the Sky box, DVD player, Apple TV, Amazon Fire thingy, ethernet cable, etc if they are all in a stand with cable routing / shelves for the equipment and (2) the height is just right with mid-screen being at eye level for viewers on a sofa.

It's not finished. If you'd have read my post I said we are putting a shelf behind to it everything on.

Not easy now to route cables to tv hung across corner without them being obvious :?
I would have gone for a stand there for sure lady C
Its very often the last thoughts but how to get the cables * how to make connections should be the first

In France I fitted a piece of 3inch rainpipe behind plaster from the satellite/hi-fi devices to rear of Tv with bends on top & bottom so making easy to feed in or remove as in time they can change by way of fitment
