Let's call India for technical support

Have you found anything that works then? Been nothing but trouble for me having to work with them ...

Perhaps we should be cautious about judging other cultures by the standards of our own..........NAH.

It was great, but then the phone froze, so I had to call them for technical support. Apparently, it wasn't free... they paid for the ringtone, then I have to pay them back in installments over 18 months at £122 per month.

I've told them that I can't understand them and need to be escalated to the next tier of support. That frequently works.

A few months ago, I called Microsoft support and figured out the issue while talking with the guy. He said he'd never seen the problem before, and since I solved it, i got that call free. Well, duh!

Our oracle guys are all Indian. Drives me nuts listening to them talk, then I realize they're talking Hindi and not English, but I couldn't tell the difference.

eww, poor Yal  . I do believe I'd have to carry a High Efficiency Particulate Air filter mask with me to work and don it when they break out that stuff...YAK!!!

Not just whilst eating - it lingers around permanently. Rather, uh, potent ..
