Way back when, that is pre-delivery, I ran a poll on which winter wheels to get and the winning style was Ispiri’s FFR6 in Matt carbon bronze, which was an excellent choice, thank you guys. Unfortunately they were on back order with no expected production date and so I decided on the next best thing, the Ispiri FFR1’s again in Matt carbon bronze. Had them fitted a week last Friday, cleaned the car yesterday and then went out for a drive to take a few pictures today, so here you go, must say I’m really happy with them and they’re a close colour match to the cerium grey trim.

For information they are 9x19” ET32, 112 PCD & 66.6 CB with Continental AllSeasonContacts 255/35 R19

Nice complementary colour, tyre sizes fit well with the body..nice

Thanks guys and they’re definitely easier to clean the standard M40i wheels
[ref]B21[/ref], the fronts are exactly the same specification and size as the standard wheels, the rear diameter is actually a little smaller and they could do with having a lower offset to bring them out a little.

Ah I missed the tech details below the pic… :headbang:

What's the size of original rear alloys and ET? I wonder if I could fit 255/35/19 on them.

How does it drive on all wheels/tyres the same size?

[ref]Roadster_Surrey[/ref], if you currently have 275/35 R19’s on the back the alloy is 10 x 19 ET40 and 255 is the recommended minimum width for that size alloy. I find the ride smoother and quieter with 255’s on the back, the downside is less grip in standard temperatures but that’s more to do with compound than width. You can feel the diff switching power between wheels.

Car looks great Sars, excellent choice of Winter wheels too.
Always liked these on the red z4m roadster that's on here, and fancied them for my own z.

As someone else said, too good looking a wheel for winters, in a good way, but just means the car looks great all year round :driving:

Still think the new z4 is very colour dependant, and the best 3 colours in it are the San Fran Red, the light Blue and the Frozen Orange launch edition (with the grey denim effect roof colour), which is lovey in the flesh.
I never tire of seeing Nicks(Swiftly) sfr m40i, it's a belter too.

Enjoy your new, new wheels Sars :)

The spokes look too spindly for the overall shape of a G29, personally another set of standard wheels with winter tyres would look better but as long as you like them that's all that matters. :driving:

Lovely

Love the colour, but I have 2 red cars so biased

I was a fan of the G29 initially but I think these are looking nicer and nicer everyday.

Thanks. I couldn't find exact spec of the wheels in brochure. If 255 is minimum size, than I could get pair for the rear instead of 275 I currently have. I wanted to swap them to different brand, but having trouble finding 275 in reasonable price. 255 are cheaper and easier to find.

[ref]craig3.2[/ref], Thanks Craig
[ref]john-e89[/ref], life would be dull if we all liked the same things, however here's someone else with taste [ref]tomscott[/ref], and thanks Tom, your eye is appreciated
[ref]Roadster_Surrey[/ref], I'm assuming from you avatar picture that they are Style 799M from the MSport Pro Package, whose/what tyres are you thinking of changing too?

Sars, where did you get the alloys from?
