Left/Right or Doesn't Matter?

Hiya everyone,

Looking for a little help. I have removed both driveshafts from my differential and can't remember which side goes where. They both look the same and could go on either side. However, upon checking realoem they have different part numbers for left and right driveshafts...

Part numbers: 33211229707 and 33211229708

I have looked everywhere on the driveshaft and can't find a part number stamped on it anywhere...

There is only this...



Can both driveshafts fit either left or right sides of the diff???

Googling the part number on the sticker suggests that's the right-hand one. But best check!

It matters on the M cars as 2 or 3 racing standing starts will see you needing a new set as told to me by a racer that found out the expensive way.
