I have a black door panel off a garage kept 2003 3.0i w/21k miles. Its in excellent shape, no damage, non-smoking, very clean, and comes with everything you see pictured. It was professionally removed by a BMW certified bodyshop so all the little "nipples" on the back are still in tact.
The car has the premium Carver sound system in it, so I'm not sure what that makes the door speaker, but its there and was working perfectly when the panel was removed. All the switches were working properly when it was removed. As soon as the panel was removed from the car I put it in a cardboard box and its been sitting in a climate controlled garage.
It looks like a new panel is $984 according to realoem.com and that appears to be for just a BARE panel. The only thing this one is missing is the grab cover as seen in the pictures. There's one on Ebay for $299 + shipping that is bare and sun damaged.
