Just FYI I don't actually remember what colour I said I wanted, and honestly don't mind which i get so whatever is easiest for you to make so long as it's bright I'm happy... It's not very often I go in the boot in the dark but figured it would make me smile if I opened it up one night and it was really bright

They're all bright enough, just thought I'd try and help match the interiors people have.
I'll include approx. 1 metre of strip, no less than 0.9, so around 300 lumen but also allows trimming to suit. A 55W H7 bulb is around 1200-1500 lumen so gives you an idea of the brightness.
They are a little less than 5W per metre, same as the bulb it replaces, but obviously with a better spread.

Thanks buddy, it's not perfect but if the boot had a bit more trim to stick it to could well be!

Little red door strips to the rear and possibly puddle lighting are next on the project list 8)

So the replacements have arrived and i'm happy they are a pure white. Will be making up and asking for payment tomorrow. Will ship those paid tomorrow with any others on Monday.

I just had a thought, could you not do the exact same thing for the footwell lighting? Like a strip of lights to light up the footwell lights using the same connectors?

I'd wondered the same an even bought the bits to do the conversion, but already swapped to led replacement an was Happy with those an thought a led strip might be a bit to much

Certainly possible, will see what I can come up with when I have a chance - would need to look at cable routing and strip placement.

No need, manage to sort it, put red LED's in the footwell and looks amazing =)
